Should any product need to be repaired or
replaced, whether or not the warranty period is still valid,
please fill out an RMA
Request Form to be assigned an RMA number. The RMA
number that has been issued can be used to check the status
of your products. Customers need to provide the following
information on the RMA Request Form: Company name, address,
contact person, telephone, fax, email, product number and
description of how the product was defective or
damaged.
Joy’s technical support department will
assign a RMA number once they have received your RMA request
form. All products must be return within 30 days of when the
RMA number is assigned. A copy of an original invoice number
and receipt must be attached and brief description of how the
product is defective. Please do not ship out merchandise to
be returned without getting an RMA number first. Note: Joy
has the right not to ship back any return items without an RMA
number. ALT technical support will test all products
according to your description. But if within testing Joy
finds that the product is not defective we will charge for
testing and shipping fees.
Note: If when in delivery of return
items the products are damaged or stolen the customer full
responsibility for those given items. Please choose a more
well known carrier for your shipping to decrease the
possibility of the problems mentioned.
Warranty Coverage
All products are offered with a full two
year warranty from the date of purchase. Joy promises to
replace all products that are defective. The warranty does not
include man made damage, illegal use, altering devices, parts
changing, add on’s, natural disasters, and repacking of the
products. Also all products that do not conform to Joy RMA
standards will be rejected, with all shipping charges being
the customer’s responsibility.
Without
Warranty Coverage
For all products that exceed the warranty period,
we will provide a fair and suitable repair charge and
shipping fee. Joy will not repair any damaged items if they
are man-made, altered, or have add on’s. Note: Joy have the
right not to repair any discontinued items.

Customer Repair Policy’s
In order to avoid import taxes or charges
when returning items, please be sure to write “return for
repair” on all packaging and receipts. This will ensure a
faster customs clearance. Joy will not issue a new product for
your damaged items. We are only responsible for repairing;
all shipping and taxes are the full responsibility of the
customer.
